Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes. After 4-6 weeks rest, the wine is released for your enjoyment.
