Shipping within the Continental United States

1. Caviar is shipped cold in our custom designed insulated packaging with multiple gel ice packs and will keep cold for up to 48 hours.

2. Perishable items such caviar are shipped utilizing FedEx NEXT DAY delivery and non-perishable items are shipped FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise.

3. Orders received before 2:00pm (Pacific Time) will be shipped same day for next day delivery. For a different delivery date, please indicate the specific date under SPECIAL INSTRUCTION / NOTE TO SELLER section at the CART page. We will do our best to accommodate this delivery date, however unforeseen shipping delays, such as weather, national holiday, or ..., might postpone delivery date.

4. Our shipping days for perishables are from Monday to Thursday. 

5. For orders $400 or more, shipping is free otherwise $35 will be applied to the order for addresses within California.

    For orders $500 or more, shipping is free otherwise a $55 will be applied to the order for addresses outside California.

Local Delivery within 15 miles​ from any of our 3 shops

1. We offer complimentary local deliveries on all orders $300 or more within 15 miles from any of our 3 shops.  A $25 delivery fee will be levied on orders less than $300 during checkout.

2. Our delivery window is between 9:00am - 9:00pm.

3. Orders usually can be delivered between 1-5 hour post order depending on our schedule.

4. For a specified delivery date and time, please indicate under "Add a note" section in the cart page or choose the time at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate this delivery time, however unforeseen delays, such as weather, holiday ..., might postpone delivery time.

5. We will text or email to confirm delivery date and time on every order to ensure a smooth delivery.
