Keta Salmon Ikura (Roe) also known as Chum Salmon Ikura, is the most popular of all Ikura caviar and is most used in Japanese Sushi restaurants.  Keta Salmon Ikura is known for its larger, well-shaped, brightly colored eggs.   With numerous health benefits, Wild Alaska Salmon Roe contain a healthy amount of antioxidants and vitamins B12, C, E, and D as well as folate, thiamine, and selenium.  High in protein, 9g in just 1oz.


Thawing Instructions:
Salmon roe will come to you frozen, storage is as easy as placing in your freezer until ready to eat. When it is time to enjoy this delicacy, simply thaw the package in your refrigerator, then serve at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening.


An unopened salmon roe can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 month. See expiration date on the package.
Once the package is opened, it should be eaten within three days. Refrigerate after opening.
